Leadership Accompaniment
We combine our Founder’s extensive experience of being in leadership roles in global and Indian philanthropy with Antara’s holistic approach to understanding the ecosystems that drive social change — to offer accompaniment services to leaders of social change organisations.
At Antara, we acknowledge that those leading social change organisations traverse a complex, often solitary journey. Research is at the core of everything we do at Antara. As a learning organisation, we apply a trans-disciplinary lens to research, drawing on a diversity of knowledge systems and methods.
Antara is strongly positioned to build rigorous knowledge at the intersection of multiple themes and sectors. We believe that social change is not siloed, and therefore the understanding of how it happens should not be siloed either.

Rather than looking at organisations, strategies, projects, programs or verticals in isolation, Antara offers evaluation services along the spectrum, layering our methodological expertise with social reality and a first-hand understanding of the complex ecosystem in which social change actors operate.
To measure impact, we emphasise hybrid approaches, rigorous methods, and robust evidence without resorting to a hierarchy of evidence that runs the risk of losing what is relevant in the pursuit of what is measurable.
Antara offers a range of evaluation services, covering conventional use-based methods to emerging value-based ones.
